Visitor is a person who has come to the Website without the purpose of placing an Order or using the Services.

User is an individual, the owner of personal data, a visitor of the Website, who accepts the terms of this Agreement, who has completed the Registration procedure on the Website or in the mobile application.

Buyer — a User who has placed an Order on the Website or mobile application.

Order shall mean the Customer's request for the purchase of Products and Services selected on the Website or mobile application.

General Provisions

 

In case of disagreement with this Agreement, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the Website or mobile application and leave it. By using the Website or the Mobile Application, Products and Services, as well as the information posted on the Website or mobile application, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

The terms of sale of Products and Services, prices, as well as information about Products and Services presented on the Website or mobile application are for informational and advisory purposes only and are not a public offer.

 

Subject of the agreement

 

The subject of this Agreement is to enable the User to use and/or purchase for their own needs, including those related to business activities, the Products and Services provided by UC. Technology.

The Agreement applies to all types of Products and Services presented on the Site or mobile application, as long as such offers with a description are present on the Site or mobile application.

 

Placing an order

UC. Technology provides information support for the concluded contract in terms of its execution.

 

Registration on websites

 

Registration on the Websites or mobile application is carried out by filling out the registration forms:

for individual registration and corporate group registration.

 

Registration on the Website or mobile application is not mandatory for placing an Order.

 

UC. Technology is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User during registration.

 

The User undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified by the User during registration. In the event that the User suspects the security of his/her login and password or the possibility of their unauthorized use by third parties, the User undertakes to immediately notify UC thereof. Communication of the User/Buyer with Call Center operators / managers in the chat, other UC representatives. Technology should be based on the principles of generally accepted morality and communication etiquette. It is strictly forbidden to use obscene words, swearing, offensive expressions, as well as threats and blackmail, regardless of the form and to whom they were addressed.

 

Order procedure

 

The Buyer's Order shall be placed in accordance with the procedures specified on the Website or mobile application in accordance with the type of the Order to be placed.

 

The Buyer is fully responsible for the provision of incorrect information, which entailed the inability of the Seller to properly fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.

Term of the agreement

 

This Agreement comes into force from the moment the Website Visitor/Buyer begins to use the Website, and lasts until it is terminated by one of the parties.

 

The User / Buyer has the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally by sending a request for deletion of registered accounts to the UC e-mail address. Technology and notify UC in writing. Termination of the Agreement.

 

UC. Technology to unilaterally terminate the Agreement in the event that: the User / Buyer has violated the terms of the Agreement, as well as in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, or the state on the territory of which UCMeet Chat is used.

To the relationship between the User/Buyer and UC. The provisions of the Russian legislation apply.

The claim must be made in writing and sent to UC. Technology. The period for consideration of a written claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days. The parties will try to resolve all disputes that arise through negotiations, if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority at the location of the UC. The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement by a court does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
